Crazyfun wants every order to arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, contact us at khoison678@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery when the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For toy safety and hygiene reasons, opened squishy toys cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item.
